Ordering online is safe, convenient, and easy. Our website has been designed to make it as easy as possible for you to place an order. When shopping online with us, simply browse through our merchandise assortment. To make your selection, choose the sizes and colors you want and then add the items to your shopping bag. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email message confirming your order from our customer service center. This message will include your order number. You will be notified if any item is backordered and it's expected shipping date. Once your order has shipped, we will email a shipment confirmation telling you your order is on the way. In-stock items are usually shipped within 3-4 business days unless you have requested a rush delivery.

We normally ship through the US Postal Service. All Priority Mail shipments include a delivery confirmation barcode, which allows us to track your order from our location to your home. Priority Mail service normal delivery time is 5-7 days anywhere in the continental US. However, if you are in need of guaranteed delivery times, we offer several UPS shipping options with expedited service. Shown below. (Recipient pays all import duties and taxes on orders shipped outside of the United States.) Originals Casual Wear has a store in North Dakota. If you are ordering from North Dakota then we are required by law to collect sales taxes. The system will produce the proper sales taxes that you will be charged and they will appear in your order total.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 60 days of the original purchase. Simply fill out the form that will be enclosed with your order. Send the items to Originals Casual Wear, 104 E HWY 66, Drayton, ND 58225. You will receive a credit to your original form of payment on returns, less shipping charges. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing of your order and issuance of the refund check or credit card credit. *(All returned items must be in new condition, not worn (except for trying on), laundered, or altered.)
